The Atellior team has been selected as the winner of the architectural- urban competition for the reconstruction of the existing hotel complex Plat near Dubrovnik. The hotel is organised into six buildings: the main building with 240 rooms, two new annex buildings with 105 rooms, and four existing villas with 87 rooms.

The Casitas concept refers to accommodation units of the apartment type, located in the southern part of the hotel complex and consisting of two restaurants and 144 apartments, of which 72 apartments are with swim-up pools.
