The Atellior team were appointed to propose a full architecture and interior design service which includes the demolition and redevelopment of the east wing of the existing hotel. The project also includes a vertical extension and the addition of the 4th floor to increase the number of accommodation units available.
A full refurbishment of the existing 147 rooms, an additional 28 rooms and all public spaces including the lobby with reception and bar, restaurant, outdoor swimming pool with sea water, and terrace.
The new design concept was based on Park Plaza standards and incorporated brand strategy in public areas.
